Warranty Policy
What’s covered?

Airthereal’s warranty covers manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions and limitations:

  1. This unit must be installed and operated at all times in accordance with the instructions furnished with the product. Any alteration, willful abuse, accident, or misuse of the product shall nullify this warranty.
  2. This warranty is non-transferable, and is made to the original owner, provided that the purchase was made through an authorized supplier of the manufacturer. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of part(s) found to be defective in material or workmanship, provided that such part(s) have been subjected to normal conditions of use and service, and after said defect is confirmed by the manufacturer’s inspection.
  3. The manufacturer may, at its discretion, fully discharge all obligations with respect to this warranty by refunding the wholesale price of the defective part(s)
Warranty Period
The warranty will be activated automatically from the date of original purchase of this product.

What’s not covered?
  • 1. Damage caused by the owner when attempting to fix or alter the product.
  • 2. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorized repair.
  • 3. Connection to an incorrect voltage supply.
  • 4. Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
  • 5. Natural depreciation.
  • 6. Any product which was given out for free.
If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you may choose to pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product. The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase and is not transferable outside of the country of purchase. Customers outside of the United States, United Kingdom and European countries will cover the shipping fee for replacement items, parts and accessories as needed. In the event of a product malfunction within the warranty period, if you opt to purchase a different model by paying the price difference, the warranty duration will be recalculated from the original order's warranty initiation date. For products replaced within the warranty period due to malfunction, the warranty duration of the replacement product will be calculated from the original purchase date of the order.
Who’s covered?
All Airthereal warranties are valid only for the original purchaser. The “original purchaser,” is the first purchaser from airthereal.com. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Airthereal limited warranties are not transferable.
What will Airthereal do?
Within the warranty, Airthereal will offer replacements for the defective units, or send spare parts if necessary on our cost. Kindly note that if customers are seeking a refund, please contact the original purchasing channel. The official store will not offer any refund options in or outside the warranty.
Open Box Items

Open Box items are products which have damaged packaging or are otherwise not suitable to be sold as new. Open Box items are verified to work properly and include all essential parts and accessories (original or comparable substitutes).

Open Box items operate as intended, but show minor to moderate physical flaws, scratches, or scuffs that affect cosmetic appearance.

Open Box items come with a 6-month warranty and are not eligible for any warranty extension offered to new products. We will not accept returns of Open Box items due to cosmetic damage or other non-performance-related issues. All sales of Open Box items are final and not eligible for a return or refund.

If for some reason the item is defective on arrival, please contact support@airthereal.com so we can arrange a replacement.

If you purchase an Airthereal product from any retailer not listed above, we cannot ensure the quality or authenticity of your product and may not be able to offer you warranty or other customer support. Always choose an authorized retailer whenever possible!

Return Policy
Money-back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return your Airthereal product for a full refund, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase for next steps. Customer Service: support@airthereal.com
Return products you are unsatisfied with
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please be advised that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Please contact us for a return address before sending the unit back. We cannot accept returns that show up randomly at our warehouse without a return authorization from our customer service team. Please promptly inspect your product upon arrival and confirm any return requirements. Please note that we do not accept return requests for unused items beyond 30 days of delivery. Personal care products (e.g Aromatherapy Essential Oils Gift Set) must be unopened with the original clear plastic wrapper intact to receive a refund. Open items will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Returns for Refund
To receive a full refund for an item purchased from Airthereal, please follow below instructions:
  • 1. Contact customer service to initiate your return and to identify the correct return shipping address and method.
  • 2. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original Airthereal packaging.
  • 3. Send your returned item(s) to Airthereal within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Keep a copy of your tracking number in case we need to verify the return.
Returns for Replacement
To receive a replacement for an item purchased from Airthereal, please follow below instructions:
1. All returns for replacement must be authorized by Airthereal within 30 days of delivery and assigned an RMA Number.
2. We will provide a return shipping label within 30 days of delivery to you.
3. After the 30 day period, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Keep a copy of your tracking number in case we need to verify the return until the unit is checked by a member of our warehouse team.
Please Note:

● Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
● Open box items come with a 6-month warranty. Open box items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
● This policy applies to products purchased from our online store. If the item was ordered through a reseller, you will need to return the product according to their return policy.
Holiday Return Policy Update
To better serve our customers, we have extended out return policy for the holiday season. For the 2023 holiday season, most of the items purchased between October 1 and December 31 can be returned until January 31, 2024.
